1lgOnion
2tsMustard powder
2tbHoney
3 Celery stalks
3/4ptWater
2tbLemon juice
1mdGreen pepper
6ozKetchup

Heat a little oil in a pan,, brown cubed meat, slice onion and pepper, chop celery, add to beef, mix the rest and pour over. Cover and cook at Mark 4, 350 F, 1 1/2 hour or until tender.
